opportunity for a web development company in Duluth that offers an array of

These services will be targeted to businesses in and around the Duluth area. Customers will include banks, healthcare providers, manufacturers, service-based businesses, and other technology companies. Currently, no other Duluth company offers the same services as InternetGurus

InternetGurus, which is scheduled to
launch its operations in the fall of 2004, is the dream of Michelle Richards.
Ms. Richards has over 10 years' experience in Internet services and web
development for Microsoft and Microsoft.com.
. During her last 5 years at Microsoft,
Ms. Richards was a Director of Web Development and responsible for identifying,
scripting, and developing new web services for small- to medium-sized
businesses. Throughout her career, Ms. Richards has always been interested in
starting her own business. A former resident of Duluth, she has now returned to
the area and plans on launching InternetGurus

Objectives
In order for InternetGurus to begin
operations, the company needs to secure office space, equipment, advertising
funds, and several months' worth of working capital. Upon successfully securing
funds, InternetGurus will begin hiring its staff of professionals and start its
launch advertising campaign.
The company's goal is to be recognized as the
regional leader in web development services for businesses. With no dominant
player in the Duluth market, InternetGurus believes this goal can be achieved
within 12 months of start-up.

InternetGurus is wholly owned by Michelle Richards. Depending upon lending options, Ms. Richards may consider equity positions in exchange for start-up financing. Currently, no Duluth banking or lending relationships have been established. However, Ms. Richards has several relationships with banks in Redmond, Washington.
